Shandong Kaixuan Rubber was established in 2014 in the Cao County Development Zone of Heze. The company states a total investment of 0.5 billion US dollars and a design capacity of 3.6 million all-steel radial tyres a year. It makes only truck and bus radials, sold under the Deemax, Lanwoo and Greforce names.

On its Greforce listings Kaixuan names Canada, Colombia, Peru, Australia, Vietnam and Bangladesh among its markets, plus the Middle East and Africa.
