About Yeada

The Yeada name was filed as a US trademark by Shandong Fengyuan on 17 April 2014. The brand's EU tyre label records give week 1 of 2020 as the production start for the YDA-226 in 255/35ZR19. That size was placed on the EU market in March 2021.

Yeada's maker is a state-controlled company registered in 2008. Tyrepress reported in 2022 that Zaozhuang Mining Group owns it alongside the OTR tyre maker Huitong. The Zaozhuang plant builds only semi-steel radials and targets 20 million tyres a year. It reported sales of 305,000 tyres in January 2016, almost three times the January 2015 figure.
