Inning is a truck and bus radial tyre brand of Airland Tyre, a Dadi Group company based in Pingluo Industrial Park in Ningxia, north-west China. The factory built its first tyre on 27 May 2015. Airland Tyre is one of the few Chinese truck tyre makers located in Ningxia rather than Shandong. The project was approved in 2013, construction began in 2014 and the first tyre left the line on 27 May 2015. The manufacturer states a total investment of CNY 10.5 billion and a site of 1.5 million square metres in Pingluo Industrial Park.
The company reports selling nearly 1.9 million tyres in 2017 and 2.4 million in 2018. Its parent, Dadi Group, runs a circular industrial chain around the tyre plant that includes a 50,000 tonne steel cord project. This in-group supply is the basis of the cost claim made on the Inning brand website.
Airland has also moved into aviation tyres. It partnered with a Beijing graphene research institute in August 2018, started aircraft tyre production in May 2019 and reported dynamic simulation testing of C919 radial tyres in October 2020. Wide-base trailer and steer. The DA805 and DA806 wide-base patterns cover 385/65R22.5, 425/65R22.5 and 445/65R22.5 in 20 ply rating.
Light and medium truck. DA802 and DA818 run from 6.50R16LT and 7.50R16LT up through 17.5 and 19.5 inch sizes including 215/75R17.5, 235/75R17.5 and 285/70R19.5.
On/off-road and mining. Block-type drive patterns such as DD329, DD767, DD777 and DD787 are listed for severe service and for industrial and mining roads, mainly in 20 inch tube-type sizes.
