Shandong Changfeng Tyres states that it was founded in August 2005 and runs five plants in Dongying. It reports capacity of 12 million passenger car radials and 5 million truck and bus radials a year, with more than 3,000 employees.
Changfeng belongs to the Hengfeng group, which began in 1995 in Dawang, Guangrao County.
