Wanli is the main brand of Wanli Tire Co., Ltd, a state-owned tyre maker based in Conghua, Guangzhou. The business started in 1988 as South China Tire and Rubber, building tyres under a Firestone licence. It now makes passenger car tyres in Guangzhou and Cambodia and truck tyres in Hefei. The company was set up in 1988 as South China Tire and Rubber and first produced tyres under licence from Firestone. Its early plants were in Panyu, Conghua and Huadu, all in Guangzhou. The Panyu plant closed in 2016 over pollution concerns. A new Conghua passenger tyre plant rated at 10 million units a year opened in August 2015. Guangzhou Industrial Investment Holding Group has owned the business since 2021.
Truck and bus radials come from Hefei Wanli Tire, a joint venture with carmaker JAC announced in 2015. The Hefei site covers 330,000 square metres and was planned for 2 million all-steel tyres a year. Its first phase of 1 million units started in November 2016.
Conghua reached 30 million passenger tyres a year after a 6 million unit expansion finished in 2024. A further 6 million unit phase was filed in February 2026. The first overseas plant, in Svay Rieng, Cambodia, began production on 12 January 2026. Revenue was RMB 7.03 billion in 2025, and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange has accepted the company's listing application.
Passenger car (PCR). Harmonic touring patterns such as SP203 and SP226 cover 12 to 16 inch rims. The Sport Macro SA302 performance pattern runs from 15 to 20 inch in widths of 205 to 285. EV-marked versions include the Harmonic Plus SP022 EV.
SUV, 4x4 and pickup. The Rangetour Plus SU025 and Rangesport SU306 EV are road SUV patterns. The Alpinism A/T SU006 and Range A/T 2 SU125 cover all-terrain and pickup fitments.
Van, winter and all-season. The Tracforce SL106 van tyre is listed from 12 to 17 inch, including 175R14C in 8 ply rating. Winter patterns SW211 and SW611 carry the 3PMSF snowflake mark. Flash AS028 and SC501 4S are the all-season lines.
Truck and bus (TBR). Wanli all-steel radials are sold in SDR drive, STR and SAH pattern families. Distributor listings show sizes from 10.00R20 and 11R22.5 up to 12.00R20 and 385/65R22.5.

Wanli tyres are registered in the EU tyre label database under Wanli Tire Co., Ltd, with its Conghua address as supplier. The brand is stocked by UK retailers including Blackcircles and Just Tyres, and by US online tyre dealers. WANLI has been a filed US trademark of the company since 1999. In 2017 Modern Tire Dealer reported that 52 percent of output was exported.
The Hefei truck tyre venture was set up beside a JAC vehicle plant to supply JAC with original equipment tyres. In November 2024 American dealers placed 20 million US dollars of orders and signed letters of intent for 4 million tyres a year.
Wanli passenger and light truck tyres ship from Conghua, Guangzhou, while Wanli truck radials come from Hefei in Anhui. The Cambodian plant opened in January 2026 gives a non-China origin for passenger sizes, and sister brand Milever is built by the same company.
