Shandong New Continent Tire, often shortened to SNC, was set up in October 2012 in Yishui, Shandong. The company states a total investment of 2 billion yuan and a first-phase site of about 320,000 square metres. Its declared output is 12 million semi-steel radial tyres a year, and the company profile also mentions carbon black production. Roadcruza is one of two brands the factory owns.
The plant builds only semi-steel radials, so Roadcruza has no truck and bus or OTR line. SNC says it launched a 26 inch off-road tyre in 2016, a 28 inch tyre in 2017 and a 30 inch tyre in 2018. Its production lines use a German triple extruder and Italian steel and fibre calenders, with X-ray and dynamic balance checks on finished tyres.
SUV and 4x4. The SUV family has six patterns. RA 1100, RA 3200 and RA 8000 are all-terrain designs, RA 7000 is a rugged-road pattern, and RA 2000 and RA 4100 are road-biased. RA 8000 uses a 3-ply carcass.
Winter. The RW777 winter tyre targets SUVs and performance cars. It was presented at SEMA360 in November 2020 in more than 30 sizes from 15 to 22 inch.
Passenger, van and run-flat. SNC also lists Roadcruza UHP, HP, all-season, commercial van and competition categories. A run-flat category appears under Roadcruza only, not under the sister brand.

SNC's exhibitor profile at the China International Tire Expo lists ISO 9001, Chinese CCC, US DOT, European ECE, Brazilian INMETRO and Indonesian SNI approvals. The US transport regulator records the Yishui factory as an active tyre plant under code 1AJ.
The company says it has more than 600 customers and over 100 brand agents worldwide. It promoted Roadcruza to North American buyers through SEMA360 in 2020. No original equipment supply could be confirmed for the brand.
