Rotalla is a passenger car, SUV and van tyre brand owned by Enjoy Tyre, a contract tyre supplier based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. Enjoy Tyre was set up in 2004 and holds global exclusivity for the brand. Rotalla is sold mainly in the UK and Europe, where trade press reported sales of over 1 million tyres a year in 2019. Its main car lines carry the Setula name.

Enjoy Tyre does not build tyres itself. A 2009 Tyrepress profile described it as a trading company that works closely with supplier factories and feeds market requests back to them. At that time it supplied customers in more than 60 countries and held global exclusivity for Rotalla. Its 2008 turnover was 46 million US dollars. The company moved to a larger Hangzhou office in 2013.
Rotalla was the first of Enjoy Tyre's two private brands. In 2017 the company marked ten years of Rotalla distribution in Europe and five years of Routeway. Tyrepress reported in 2018 that the two brands are sourced from different manufacturers. UK retailers Oponeo and Blackcircles name Shandong Yongsheng Rubber Group of Guangrao, Shandong, as the producer of Rotalla tyres.
The range grew quickly from 2014, when 41 new sizes took the total to 91. Three Setula summer patterns launched in February 2016 added 164 sizes. The winter line reached 127 sizes that year, and an all-season line followed in the first quarter of 2019.
Summer car and UHP. Setula E-Race RH01 and RH02 cover compact and mid-size cars on 12 to 16 inch rims in 50 to 70 series. Setula S-Race RU01 is the UHP line on 15 to 20 inch rims with V, W and Y speed ratings.
SUV and 4x4. RF10 H/T is the highway SUV pattern with 36 sizes. All-terrain cover comes from AT01, RF11 A/T and AT08. The F110 SUV pattern runs from 20 to 24 inch rims in 25 to 50 series.
Van and light commercial. RF09 and RF19 are the summer van patterns. RF09 was offered in 22 sizes in 60 to 80 series in 2014. Setula 4 Season RA05 is the all-season van pattern.
Winter and all-season. S110 covers cars on 13 to 16 inch rims and vans on 14 to 16 inch rims. S210 is an asymmetric car pattern on 15 to 19 inch rims and S220 the SUV version on 16 to 20 inch rims. Setula 4 Season RA03 is the all-season car line.

Rotalla tyres are registered in the EU EPREL tyre label database under the Hangzhou address of Enjoy Tyre. A Cyprus company acts as authorised representative. In 2016 Enjoy Tyre reported EU label grades of C for fuel and B for wet grip on Setula RH01. The RF10 H/T range moved from E/E to E/C that year.
Europe is the core market. In 2016 the brand had 15 exclusive distributors covering 20 European countries, and Bond International was named as UK distributor for the winter range. The brand has been shown at Reifen Essen, Autopromotec and The Tire Cologne.
Rotalla is ordered through Enjoy Tyre in Hangzhou rather than direct from a factory, and no production outside China is reported.
