Deruibo started as the export brand of Shandong Deruibao Tire Co., Ltd, a radial tyre maker set up in 2009 in Guangrao County, Dongying. That company went into liquidation in 2015. Exporters now sell Deruibo as a truck and bus brand from the Hengfeng tyre group of Shandong. Its DRB-coded patterns are aimed mainly at Middle East and African fleets.

Shandong Deruibao Tire was established in 2009 in the Guangrao Economic Development Zone. In 2010 it made 3 million all-steel radials a year and announced a new 24 million unit plant for passenger tyres. Its export programme opened in March 2011 with 13 truck and bus patterns in 13 sizes under the Deruibo name, alongside two domestic brands.
The expansion left heavy debts. On 7 February 2015 the company asked the Guangrao development zone authorities to restructure it, and bankruptcy was reported in July 2015. European Rubber Journal put its capacity at 33 million units a year and ranked it 35th among world tyre makers before the collapse. Tyrepress later reported that Qingdao Doublestar took on the assets.
The Deruibo name stayed in the market. Qingdao exporters now list it with Hifly, Ovation, Agate, Wosen and Mirage as output of the Hengfeng factories. Hengfeng was founded in 1995 and has plants in Dongying and Linyi. One exporter states the brand reaches more than 80 countries.
Truck and bus (TBR). All-steel radials from 6.50R16 light truck sizes to 445/65R22.5 wide singles. Listings cover 11R22.5, 12R22.5, 13R22.5, 11R24.5, 295/80R22.5, 315/70R22.5, 315/80R22.5 and 385/65R22.5, plus tube-type 10.00R20, 11.00R20, 12.00R20 and 12.00R24. Ply ratings run from 12PR to 20PR.
Mining and quarry truck. Deep-tread patterns such as DRB566 and DRB599 are offered in 9.00R20 to 12.00R20 for short-haul tipper work on unpaved roads.
Passenger car. A small summer range appears in European label data, including the RH-68 in 15 and 16 inch sizes with V speed rating.

Deruibao obtained CCC, DOT, ECE, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for the brand by June 2011. Current export listings quote CCC, DOT, ECE, GCC, SNI, SONCAP and ISO 9001.
The first export plan in 2011 targeted North America and Europe. Today sellers present Deruibo chiefly for the Middle East and Africa, where 12.00R20 and 12.00R24 are the volume sizes.
Deruibo is no longer built by its founding company. Ask the seller which plant will produce the order and check the DOT plant code on a sample. Exporters ship it alongside Hifly, Ovation and Agate truck tyres from the Hengfeng factories in Shandong. Loading quantity, lead time and minimum order depend on your size mix. Shandong Deruibao Tire asked for government restructuring in February 2015 and was reported bankrupt in July 2015. Tyrepress later reported its assets passed to Qingdao Doublestar.
Qingdao export houses list Deruibo as a Hengfeng group brand, sold next to Hifly, Ovation, Agate, Wosen and Mirage.
DRB is the brand's pattern prefix. DRB662 is a highway steer tyre, DRB592+ a highway drive tyre and DRB862 an all-position tyre for rough roads.
Sellers name 12.00R20 and 12.00R24 as the popular sizes there, with 315/80R22.5 and 385/65R22.5 as the main tubeless fitments.
