

Joyroad is the original export brand of Zhongyi Rubber Co., Ltd, based in Guangrao county, Dongying, Shandong. The company dates from 2004 and began building tyres in 2010. Joyroad covers passenger car, ultra-high-performance, SUV, 4x4 and van tyres, most of them sold under RX pattern codes such as Tour RX1, HP RX3, Sport RX6 and Van RX5. Shandong Zhongyi Rubber registered the Joyroad name as a US trademark in 2014.

Tyrepress reported in October 2012 that Joyroad production had started in 2010 and that output stood at 3.5 million tyres a year. At that time the factory offered three patterns in more than 100 sizes and sold Joyroad in the Americas, Russia, Ukraine, Australia, Asia and Africa. The brand entered Europe in late 2012 once EU tyre labels were ready. Joyroad and CH-Noble were then the factory's only two brands.
In September 2024 Tyrepress reported existing Zhongyi capacity of 6 million semi-steel and 3 million all-steel radials a year. The company also announced a new 12 million unit semi-steel line, which would lift passenger and light truck capacity to 18 million. The planned split was 4 million ultra-high-performance tyres, 6.5 million tyres for new energy vehicles and 1.5 million all-terrain and mud tyres.
Passenger car and UHP. Tour RX1 covers small cars from 12 to 14 inch rims, HP RX3 covers 14 to 16 inch family car sizes, and Sport RX6 runs from 17 to 22 inch in W and Y speed ratings.
SUV and 4x4. SUV RX702 is the highway SUV line in 15 to 20 inch sizes. SUV RX706 and Adventure A/T serve pickups and off-road vehicles, including LT and flotation sizes such as 31x10.50R15. An MT200 mud-terrain pattern is also listed by UK retailers.
Van and light truck. Van RX5 comes in 14 to 16 inch commercial sizes with 6, 8 and 10 ply ratings. Milemax RX501 covers 13 and 14 inch light commercial sizes.
Winter. UK listings show Winter RX808 and RX826 in 16 to 19 inch SUV sizes marked M+S, alongside RX818, RX821 and RX828 winter patterns.

Zhongyi Rubber lists ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 system certificates and an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory. Product approvals cover China CCC, US DOT, EU labelling, GCC, Brazil INMETRO, India BIS and Indonesia SNI.
Joyroad has been sold in Europe since late 2012 and is stocked in the United Kingdom by retailers such as Just Tyres and Arnold Clark Autoparts. One UK parts retailer alone lists more than 260 Joyroad size and pattern combinations.
Joyroad ships from Zhongyi Rubber's single plant in Dongying, Shandong, which also builds Centara, so both labels can be combined from one factory. No production site outside China was found.
