Lanvigator belongs to Shandong Haohua Tire, a privately owned tyre maker that a UK retailer profile dates to 1994. Haohua's own Chinese website lists Lanvigator, Aplus and Royalblack as its three passenger car brands, next to separate commercial vehicle labels. The UK retailer Grip500 describes the Lanvigator production site as a 500,000 square metre plant in the Bohai coastal economic zone. It says the plant was commissioned in 2011 and makes about 12 million tyres a year.
European Rubber Journal reported in 2020 that Haohua ran three plants in China. Their nameplate capacity was 20 million passenger car tyres and 5 million truck and bus tyres a year. The same reports put the group's 2019 production value at EUR 785 million and its tyre exports at USD 500 million. Lanvigator is one of four labels the journal named among more than 700 Haohua tyre products.
Passenger car (PCR). Catchpower is the summer performance line, listed in low-profile sizes such as 205/45ZR16 87W XL. A Comfort series covers everyday passenger sizes, and Catchfors is listed in passenger and SUV sizes such as 235/50R18 101W XL.
SUV and 4x4. The Catchfors name also covers all-terrain and mud-terrain tyres. The Catchfors M/T is sold in light truck sizes such as LT245/75R16 120/116Q and carries the POR professional off-road marking.
Van and light truck. Mile Max is the Lanvigator pattern for vans and light commercial vehicles.

Retailer listings for Lanvigator cite ISO 9001, TS 16949 and ISO 14001 system certificates, plus CCC, DOT, ECE, SmartWay and BIS product approvals. Lanvigator tyres sold in Europe carry the EU tyre label. A Catchpower 205/45ZR16 is graded C for wet grip, D for fuel efficiency and 72 dB for noise.
In the UK the brand is stocked by online retailers including Arnold Clark Autoparts and Grip500. Grip500 listed more than 210 Lanvigator items at the time of checking. Haohua states that its tyres reach 168 countries.
Lanvigator is produced in Shouguang by the same manufacturer as Aplus and Royal Black, so the three passenger ranges can be compared from one supplier. Haohua signed an agreement in November 2020 for a second production base at Hambantota, Sri Lanka; buyers should ask which origin applies.
