Tianli is an off-the-road, agricultural and forestry tyre brand made in Tianjin, China, by Zhongce Rubber (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. The factory was founded in 1985 as Tianjin United Tire and Rubber International Co., Ltd, known as TUTRIC, and Zhongce Rubber Group took it over on 1 April 2022. The brand is best known for radial tractor tyres, forestry flotation tyres and earthmover radials up to 63 inch.

TUTRIC was set up in Tianjin in 1985 as a joint venture with Canadian cooperation. Trade sources describe it as the first Chinese maker to develop forestry, flotation and radial tractor tyres. In the third quarter of 2015 it opened a new 32 hectare factory in Tianjin, an investment reported at 350 million US dollars. In 2017 it listed more than 300 sizes and planned to double that number within two years.
Zhongce Rubber Group announced the acquisition of TUTRIC on 15 March 2022, effective 1 April 2022, and created Zhongce Rubber (Tianjin) Co., Ltd as a wholly owned subsidiary to run it. Tyrepress then reported capacity of 35,000 tonnes a year, a 480,000 square metre site and more than 1,000 employees. Zhongce said the deal was meant to help it enter the global top three OTR tyre makers. The brand website now gives a workforce of over 1,600 and more than 40 patents.
Radial OTR. The Tianli website lists 65 radial OTR products for rigid dump trucks, loaders and mining or construction machines. Verified sizes run from 15.5R25 loader tyres to 24.00R35 earthmover tyres, and the factory builds up to 63 inch.
Agricultural. Radial and bias tractor tyres, flotation and implement tyres. Examples include R-1W radials such as IF900/60R32 and 460/85R38, and the bias Agmaster in 24.5-32.
Forestry. Nine forestry lines for skidders, harvesters and forestry tractors, including high flotation patterns in wide sizes such as 66x43.00-25.
Port, bias OTR and sand. The port range has 29 products for gantry cranes, reach stackers, straddle carriers and container forklifts. Bias OTR includes underground L-5S and E-3 dump truck patterns, and there is a separate sand tyre line.

The Tianli website states ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system certification, and that products meet ECE and REACH requirements. It says the brand is sold in more than 100 countries, plus a network across the main Chinese provinces.
In Europe, Dutch wholesaler European Agriculture Tyre Distributors B.V. (EATD) ran an exclusive dealer network for Tianli agricultural tyres. Tyrepress reported it had sold 9,700 radial, forestry and OTR tyres by June 2017 against a full-year target of 20,000. Tianli is also stocked by specialist OTR and farm tyre dealers in Australia, the United States and Ireland.
All Tianli production comes from the single Tianjin factory, so OTR, agricultural, forestry and port tyres can be combined from one origin.
